Snapware warrants that this product shall be free from defects in original materials and/or workmanship. If a product proves defective in original materials and/or workmanship, Snapware will replace the defective item at no cost with the same or comparable product. Please send item by parcel post, postage prepaid, along with proof of purchase to the address below. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for replacement delivery.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Snapware, Inc. warrants to the end user customer of its Glasslock products that the products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Snapware, Inc. will replace any Glasslock product that chips, cracks or breaks from microwave heat and any non-glass accessory item with a manufacturing defect within three years from the date of purchase. If the exact item is not available, it will be replaced with a comparable item. Do not dispose of the damaged product if making a warranty claim as we may request it to be returned.

Snapware garantiza que este producto no posee defectos en los materiales originales y/o mano de obra. Snapware garantit que ce produit sera exempt de vices de matériaux d'origine et/ou de main-d'œuvre. Si un défaut de fabrication et/ou de main-d'œuvre est constaté sur un produit, Snapware remplacera gratuitement l'article défectueux par un produit identique ou similaire.
